The scale and quality of our projects going into 2018 and beyond is such that we need people whom can take the project lead and responsibilities, developing innovative design concepts and accurately delivering the project vision.

Responsibilities

As Project Architect you will be responsible for the delivery of the project design documentation, from concept to construction. Elements of this may involve developing and overseeing a small project team but you will also be expected to contribute equally to documentation outputs as well.

There is a requirement to attend both Client and Project meetings as necessary, which may involve some periods of travel.  

 

Skills and experience

Ideally you will have specific experience of residential and commercial development and design, but at the least will have been involved in large commercial projects and fully understand the project documentation and communications required at this level. 

You will be fully proficient in an AutoCAD and Revit environment as a minimum but also have the ability to conceive and communicate design concepts via any medium.

You must have a clear understanding and experience in attaining approvals from the territorial authorities such as Trakhees and Dubai Municipality. A Minimum of 5 project approvals must be demonstrated specifically one as a residential project.
