Palm 66, recipient of the prestigious International Property Award for Interior Design, showcases a remarkable renovation of an existing palm villa tailored to meet the expectations of a young couple. The design approach combines contemporary and traditional Middle Eastern themes, resulting in a captivating interpretation of their desired aesthetic.

The renovation focused on creating an open and inviting floor plan, allowing for generous openings that maximize the breathtaking views and flood the interior with natural sunlight. These design choices not only enhance the overall ambience but also establish a strong connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

A central design element throughout the villa is a custom-made pattern that adds texture and visual interest to feature walls. This pattern serves as a motif that is carried through various elements, such as fabrics that elegantly filter sunlight from the generous openings, as well as the design of luxurious silk carpets.

Each room within Palm 66 has been meticulously designed with attention to detail. The custom pattern creates a cohesive and visually stunning theme that ties the spaces together, providing a sense of harmony and continuity throughout the villa.

The blend of contemporary and traditional Middle Eastern influences creates a unique and captivating atmosphere within Palm 66. The thoughtful integration of these themes, combined with the emphasis on maximizing views and natural light, ensures that the villa not only meets but surpasses the expectations of the young couple.

This award-winning project stands as a testament to the skill and creativity of the design team, delivering an interior that seamlessly combines aesthetics, functionality, and cultural elements. Palm 66 represents the epitome of refined living and serves as a sanctuary where the couple can embrace their desired lifestyle.
